I bought this cooler online at Best Buy and then went to the store to pick-up for $379.99. I couldn’t find a better deal even close to this place.The cooler is working great so far with no problems.

The unit is portable with 4 wheels,2 handholds for lifting if necessary and an adjustable exhaust window vent.It would be difficult to carry up and down a flight of stairs so weight might be an issue with some people.

The sound is extremely negotiable considering it is keeping us cool in our ductless sun room which is our den.The unit comes with a remote control which has simplistic features which are easy to interpret.

I found that to evenly distribute the cool air you will need some type of air circulation such as a ceiling fan for large rooms.

The only problem encountered was I had a hard time fitting it into my 2000 Honda Civic to bring it home,the box is bigger than the cooler. The cooler does seem a little big, but it does the job.

The other features aside of cooling is Fan only, and dehumidify. The cooler has a rubber tube for draining water that it captures. When the water needs to be drained the unit will report a H8 code where the cooler will then shut down.

I plugged the cooler into an available wall outlet where no problems were encountered. The cooler plug has a safety leakage current detector just in case of the cord getting crushed, it will trip.
