I was disappointed with the inability of this 9,000 BTU portable air conditioner to adequately cool off a simple 12×12 2nd story room. I was also disappointed with the so called whisper quiet operation. My grandson turns off the a/c so he can hear the speakers on the pc. When I called tech support, they were not concerned as long as the product was operating. I’ll keep it simply because of the price I paid, $359 and it makes the 2nd story room bareable as far as the temp is concerned. The a/c I bought was returned to the store along with 3 other exact units. That’s why it was $359. Would I buy another Haier product? I’m not impressed!
