I’ve had my portable unit for just about one year. I love it! The window installation is flimsy though. I had to cut mine to fit and tape it, like the instructions say, but if it rains, that tape does get wet. The foam could be a lot stiffer….
I’m handicapped, so this was the perfect unit for me. I would recommend it to anyone! I just clean it and empty the water before I slide it into my closet for the winter. I live in Upstate NY.
