I bought unit about a month ago from Bernie’s in CT. I paid $317.and they do not take stuff back like this unless it is defective.

It weights 65 pounds and it is on wheels. It is loud when it runs so don’t use it for a bedroom. You get the window kit which is thin and not too sturdy. The hose come with the kit. I had a hard time keeping the hose in the window and the appliance at the same time. Directions suggest to use duct tape to hold the hose frame into the window. The picture of portable air conditioners is that they take up little space and stay close to the window and you can move them around easily. I found this not to be true. So once you get it set don’t move it and it probably takes two people to set it up. The air flow is one way, you cannot direct the low accept for a little black level from left to right.
